Karsten was founded in 1996 with one truck and a clear understanding of what matters most: take care of the people and the work will take care of itself.
What began as a drywall operation has grown into a comprehensive construction partner serving education, healthcare, government, corporate, retail, science and multifamily projects. The scope expanded. The responsibility grew. The principle did not change.
From the beginning, Karsten was built on preparation, accountability and respect. Those values shaped how crews were led, partnerships were formed and how projects were delivered.
