Karsten was elated to receive 1st place in the Specialty Division for 500,000-1 Million man-hours category at the 2022 Safety Awards Ceremony during the Associated General Contractors (AGC) National Convention in Grapevine, Texas on March, 30th 2022. “Being recognized on a national platform and being awarded first place was definitely a career highlight”, said Safety Manger, Eddie Escamilla, “We had to go in front of a judging panel and spent weeks on the preparation of our presentation. I’ve been with the company 17 years and have made it my mission to create a top-notch safety culture. We are truly honored with this achievement”.
The CSEA is to recognize those construction companies who excel at safety performance, closely examining each candidate’s commitment to safety and occupational health management and risk control.
