On June 2, 2021 our beloved John Revell, Director of Project Management passed away unexpectedly. John joined the Karsten team in September of 2011, running some of the largest work in Karsten’s history and was very well-known throughout the construction community. He leaves behind his beautiful wife Maria and his children, Heather, Joshua, Joseph, Jake, Jeremey and six grandchildren. In John’s honor, Karsten created ‘Red shirt day’ which happens the 2nd Monday of every month. This day is dedicated to Jake, John’s special needs son, who regularly ‘made’ him wear this shirt. Karsten had shirts created with angel wings on the left side to honor John’s memory and lasting impact on the company. He will be greatly missed and we are all so grateful for the time we shared with him.
